Kindness is an act that everyone is capable of, and its impact can mean the world to the person receiving it.
Our team at ServiceMaster by Ayotte takes sentiments like this to heart by spreading kindness with every job that we accomplish. After all, our work really comes down to one thing: helping improve our customers' lives.
That's why our company celebrates Random Acts of Kindness Week each year. In 2020, this week kicks off on February 16th and runs until February 23rd. We encourage you to participate along with us!
Random Acts of Kindness Week can have different meanings to different people. There are millions of ways to be kind to others! To get a better idea of what it looks like to ServiceMaster by Ayotte, Beth Ayotte (owner, president, CEO, and general jack-of-all-trades) discusses her perspective on the observance, and why it matters to our team.
Why is Random Acts of Kindness Week important to the ServiceMaster by Ayotte team and practice?
First off, it is a fun opportunity to shed love to one another while providing the services that we specialize in.
Second, I have had a personal mantra for many years of “Blessed to Bless Others.” Random Acts of Kindness week is a great way to Bless others, and it is FUN!
How do you implement the message behind this week at ServiceMaster Ayotte?
We involve our entire team. From interacting in our social/digital media strategy to involving them in the acts of service and FUN. We are a TEAM, and together we all look forward to participating.
What is your favorite part of this week?
